Release 13 Notes

Starting with this release, the Java Native Foundation framework is no longer used.

The build scripts have been updated.

Improvements

Tooltips now display only on the active window.

List drop insert line colors have been improved.

Layout and rendering problems with the File Chooser list view have been resolved.

The SwingSet2 file chooser demo no longer crashes when it displays an icon created from a non-image file.

Fixes for JDK-4368790 and JDK-4530952 have been ported.
